You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Rental Agreement

The rental agreement between you and the property owner is a separate legal document. Our service facilitates the management of this agreement. Key terms include:

Tenant Obligations

Termination

Either party may terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the rental contract. Upon termination, you must vacate the property and return all keys and access devices.
Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the property or our services, except as required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Changes to Terms

Governing Law
